Since this fee includes your Accommodation, comfortable internal transport, all meals, services of licensed guide, entry fee, permits and all internal taxes and charges including royalty. Additional on requirement, we also provide cell phone facility to enable you to keep in touch with your families, friends back home.

The extra expenses you'll be responsible for once you reach Bhutan are Alcohol drinks, laundry, telephone and optional tips.

Visa fees and airfare to Bhutan are not included in our tariff, but it is our pleasure to arrange the Druk Air flight ticket for you.

The $220.00 a day is a base fee. Your actual daily fee will depend on the services and activities you choose. There is a small surcharge for smaller groups: single indivudual - $40 per night
groups of two - $30 per person per night - groups of three - $20 per person per night.

During low season (July and August), the minimum fee is reduced to $185 per person per night.

For example, five star hotels are now available in Bhutan and if you choose to stay in them, we must increase the fee according to the room rates. Also, our special Buddhist ceremonies will all cost extra as we must contract with monasteries, hire monks and purchase ceremony materials. The cost of all extra services must be agreed upon in writing and paid in full before your arrival in the Kingdom of Bhutan.

Bhutan’s minimum daily rates allow us to keep tourism in our country low-volume and high-value. This tourism policy gives us time to develop our tourism products appropriately, protect our environment, maintain our cultural resources, and make sure we can take personal care of each guest in Bhutan.

If you would like any additional explanation regarding fees and what will be included in your journey in Bhutan, please do not hesitate to contact us.
