Amitabha Bhutan is registered under license No: 1021704 with the Association of Bhutanese Tour Operators (ABTO) and with Department of Tourism (Ministry of Economic Affairs), the only government agency that is responsible for policy framework for the Tourism Industry. This Department functions as regulatory authority for the tourism Industry.

Amitabha is a Bhutanese-owned company based in the capital city of Thimphu.
